SHIPPING POLICY

We charge shipping rates according to the supplier of the products you purchase. Orders will typically ship within 1-3 business days (M-F). All packages for continental U.S. addresses are shipped via USPS or UPS, unless otherwise noted, and transit times will vary depending on location. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the specifics of the order as well as a second email with tracking information once it ships.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

ERGUNS will not ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address as they are outside of the United States. Such shipments require an export authorization by license or exemption like any other controlled/restricted shipment that leaves the United States. Please refer to Exporter Civil Arms for any shipments outside the U.S.

ERGUNS cannot at this time ship to U.S. Territories due to tax and excise restrictions.

Due to export controls, ERGUNS will not ship to Mail Forwarders or Mail Services.
